Reiki is Universal Energy that can be directed to promote physical or emotional healing.

In a Reiki healing session, the person can either lie down on the massage couch or sit on a stool, and then the reiki energy is channelled through the hands of the practitioner, and travels to where it is most needed.

This is usually a very calming and soothing treatment and does not require any clothing to be removed.

Reiki can help with mental, emotional and physical wellbeing, and can either be a stand-alone treatment or can be combined with massage.
